Additionally paid massage is good value for money. Breakfast - wide choice of tasty dishes. Later in the afternoon - restaurant a la carte. Staff - really friendly and helpful. Pleasant, relaxing stay after 10-day-travelling around Vietnam. Pools - really refreshing water, nice pool bar. Beach - fine, wide but the sea rather rough in February, rather for surfing, kite surfing not swimming. I recommend the stay here. The room is spacious and clean. Very nice view to the ocean and the garden/swimming pool . There is play ground for kids. The reservation was very helpful and friendly. The TET decor is impressive. I am so glad we stayed here. The prices are extremely fair and the hotel staff are so professional. We had the perfect relaxing holiday here at a beautiful beach. Especially now during the travel restrictions, it is a very quiet and nice spot to stay. They have awsome beach with white sand. Staffs in there is fanstatic from security, to receiption.. I love it. But need to improve in quality of food, food is not fresh. Distance to main stretch of dining and shopping outlets was not too far off about 15 min drive away, and the resort provides complimentary shuttle bus service to and fro twice a day. If the timing of the shuttle bus does not suit you, taxis are readily available, which the reception can help to book. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious, and the swimming pools were fantastically big. If you are there, make sure to go for the in-house massage as well. Great therapists in huts facing the sea, with natural breeze. Breakfast was really awesome, with a wide variety to choose from! Two thumbs up! Lastly, would like to commend the resort staff. Customer service is top notch! I enjoyed interacting with each and every one of the staff here. Lovely relaxing place with huge rooms and well Worth the money even the massage was only 250000 for an hour in the huts ! It was very windy but that’s what this place is popular for windy sports ! Nothing much to do on site other than eat and sunbathe whixh is why it doesn’t get full stars but it’s only minutes away from the town by taxi so doesn’t really let itself down in any other way ! Staying for 4 nights , things didn’t get boring with a few drink/food spots, a cool pool bar, 2 large pool areas and the ocean with a great sandy beach at our footsteps. To venture out, the next town is approx 15min by cab which the hotel can arrange. Food is ok however catered to Western taste; the “seafood market place” with live ocean stuff is a nice idea! Drinks are reasonable. Service is very friendly; however needs improvement in my view management needs to step up training attentiveness and practical aspects - the new beer was roasting in the sun, so my friend and I took the initiative and filled the pool bar’s refrigerators ;. Checking in was not efficient. It took us a long time. I booked paramedic ocean view room and they were trying to put me on the 1st floor with no ocean view. I had to go back to front desk to complain to get an ocean view room. After all the hectic checkin the facility was quite nice. The room is clean has nice balcony. The facility has 2 swimming pool and the beach area is quite clean. Because the hotel is fully booked there were lots of people at breakfast and the hotel just couldn’t keep up. They ran out things quickly and the fruits selection weren’t that good. The hotel is a bit far from town but taking a taxi to town is totally easy.
